"I wish i could give 0 stars. Bought 4 chairs for in-store pick-up. I show up and they ask me to go outside to load the car, push the (giant) boxes out the door at a 28F degree weather and close the door. Poorly trained, poorly instructed, extremely dysfunctional set up."
