"Everything was good up until delivery when my bookcase showed up damaged. Note to other customers: If you do the home delivery, have your furniture delivered IN THE BOX to ensure it is protected. Do not let them unbox it before it arrives. The delivery guys will drag your furniture off of the truck, ignoring the feet underneath it, and snap them right off. According to someone in the store, "it happens a lot." They will also not use a proper moving blanket and only cover it in saran wrap. I regret agreeing to it being unboxed. Waiting to see if I can get a replacement so we'll see how that goes."
